Franselly Hair Design & Spa has moved to a new location.We are now located at 288 Wellington Street , 2 blocks north of the waterfront. The building is 2000 sq. ft. of pure ambience, being completely restored to it's original condition. Even the outside courtyard , complete with old lampost complete the picture with wrought iron fencing and of course our trademark scissors. The spa area will have complete esthetic services as well as Registered Massage Therapy!
